Is it ok to start a Small Claims Court action with just a PO Box address?
Yes, although it's not recommended.
http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/northampton-bulk-centre/money-claim-online/frequently-asked-questionsConsult the MCOL guidance to ensure your claim meets the necessary requirements before issuing. MCOL is an automated system and your claim will not be checked before issue. If your claim is issued incorrectly, it may be struck out and the issue fee will not be refunded.
Note: It is not advisable to issue proceedings against a PO Box
address, as you will not be able to enforce proceedings against this type of address.0
