BBQ = Burnt Grass

I recently bought a mini BBQ due to the nice weather we've been having.

My garden has a small strip of grass that is raised about knee high with concrete slabs surrounding it. I used the part of the concrete slab to put the BBQ on not realising that it covered some of the grass.

Now due to the heat coming from the bottom of the BBQ, I have a patch of dead, dry, brown grass.

Are there anyways to bring this patch back to life?

    You don't need to do anything, just water it and it will regrow

    I have a big garden, all planted.
    Once, maybe twice a year I need to have a bonfire.

    I have a brazier about 3ft dia and 4 feet tall. It lights the sky.

    I use it late in the year, sits on the path that runs straight up through the middle of the garden.

    Scores a circle about 10ft dia, ash and wash down means by early summer it's the greenest bit of the garden.

    Trust me, you haven't killed it, just scorched and fertilised it, just add water, ;);):D
    I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

    Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

    Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed
  • Thanks for your help.

    Think I'll give cyclonebri1's suggestion a go and see if I get any result!
