Prize Draw
1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Peugeot Motor Company PLC, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 148545 whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.
2. This free prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Peugeot Motor Company PLC, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. No purchase necessary. One entry per household only accepted. Entries from third parties, bulk entries or entries via agencies will not be accepted.
3. All entries must be submitted by completing the competition entry form. All entries must be submitted on or before midnight on 30 September 2013. If an entry is not received by the closing date, whatever the reason, then it will be excluded. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
4. The first fully completed entry form drawn after the closing date will win seven nights for two adults in a private villa at Fusion Maia. The prize is valid until 30 September 2014, and is subject to airline and hotel availability at the time of booking. The prize is based on two guests sharing a villa for seven nights. The stay is on a bed and breakfast basis. Full spa access and all treatments are included, with at least two treatments guaranteed per person per day and more upon availability. The prize also includes return economy flights for two from London Gatwick Airport only to Da Nang Airport in Vietnam (via Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh). Vietnam Airlines is the only airline to offer direct flights from the UK, four times a week, to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. Transfers in Vietnam to and from the airport are included (UK transfers are not included). Vietnam Airlines' standard conditions of carriage apply. The prize cannot be redeemed over Christmas, New Year or Easter. Plus, all public holidays in the UK and Vietnam. 6. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw by email, phone or post. The winner will be expected to participate in any publicity arising from the award of the prize. The Vietnam competition is also being featured in Peugeot's customer magazine, Rapport, which is sent to Peugeot customers across the UK.
7. The prize is non-transferrable, and no cash alternative is available. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering the draw each entrant consents to the collection and retention by the Promoter of all personal data submitted and to the use of such personal data by the Promoter and its agents for the duration of and for all purposes in connection with the draw.
