House offer accepted - then removed immediately from Rightmove

I made an offer on the house I am buying and after the agent bidding me up quite a bit it was eventually accepted.

The very next day the property was removed from Rightmove, Zoopla and even the agent's own website.

The sale seems to be going through, but I just thought that was really odd. Normally they like to leave it up, marked as Under offer or STC or Sold.

Any ideas why they would do this? I cant think of a reason.

I think most people would be over the moon if this is what happened to them after their offer was accepted and they didn't have to stipulate it as a condition of the offer.

Think about it, now it's off the market, minimal chances of someone else coming along and out offering you.
    I have a simple philosophy:
Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. Scratch where it itches.

Is it not on rightmove when you took the box for stc?

If so that is pretty unusual! Good luck with your purchase.

From experience even sold properties stay on Rightmove for around 2 -3 months after an offer has been accepted.

Its good as you can keep an eye on when sales fall through and allow you potentially to get in at this stage.
