Last tax year working tax credit entitlement

Claimed incapacity for 9 months of last tax year, but employed from Jan 2007. Obviously did not have much money coming in for full year. Can I claim any working tax credit for the last 3 months of the last tax year, even though now have a reasonable job? (To help with debts incurred over last year)
Thank you very much for any help.

If you don't already have an ongoing tax credit claim then no you can't. A claim made today can only be backdated 3 months. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
