Hi everyone
Im just about to undertake my divorce and have a question, I hope you can help .......
My ex has a property which is in her own name and was purchased before we were married, however were had been living together for several years when she purchased it.
We lived in the property for a year before moving away together and the property was rented out.
Would this property count as matrimonial property in a divorce?
