Hi Everybody.
I got a letter from Canada Square Operations informing me they may of mis-sold my policy to me. I was reading through the leaflet about what they should and should not of said.
I complained that they never told me it was an option, that they never said the full amount would be bundled in with the loan at the start and be charged apr on top and I was also told that if I lost my job for any reason all the payments would be made direct no questions asked.
I received a letter saying that Canada Square believe that because in my initial application form I stated that at that moment in time I did not have an alternative in place to cover the payments they believe the true information would not of affected my decision.
Anybody else have this? Obviously I intend to fight the decision.
