PPI Claim & sick pay

I recently made a PPI claim to a credit card company. The account was opened in 1998. The company has contacted me by phone to ask me: Was I entitled to sick pay at the time, the length of time I was entitled to sick pay and how much. On the original PPI claim form I said I can't remember. They said if this is the case then potentially they would have no evidence to go on. I no longer work the company I was employed for in 1998. I would think I was entitled to sick pay but could not answer the other questions accurately. What should I do? Thanks
