Suggest you talk to one of the banks in the Netherlands. When I lived there, I found AMRO were pertty good.

I guess you have some family living there(?) as you may have problems opening an account unless you can give them an address.

Similarly if you have no fixed abode you will have problems opening up any new accounts other than where you already have an account. Suggest you open up whatever accounts you need before you sell your house.
