Oxford park and ride. Which one is the best?

Hi,
I am planning to visit Oxford next friday. Probably be there around 10 am. I wonder which of the park and ride is better?
I will be travelling from North to M40. So it would probably Water Eaton, Peartree or Seacourt.
From what I seen so far, Peartree seems to suit as it has more frequent bus going back?

Well, you've already figured out which has the more frequent service. What other factors are we looking for to define 'best'?0

When you come from Birmingham direction (North) you can choose either Water Eaton or Pear Tree Park and rides. If you decide to come from the Swindon direction (west), then Seacourt Park ride is the best choice.0

You have to pay for parking at Peartree (I think it's £2) but parking at Water Eaton is free.
The bus services for all of the park and rides are quite good, but they drop off/pick up at different points so if you don't want to walk much you may want to consider which stops closest to where you are going.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -

Other factors could be what if one of them is particular busy, and left little parking space?
Or the route for the bus go through busiest part of the city which always get stuck in the traffic?
Or one of the bus is more frequent and with more drop off/ pick up point?0 -
Everything that moves in Oxford gets stuck in traffic! I think that the bus timetables take that into account though.
If you're going on a Friday during the school holidays parking shouldn't be too bad at any of the park and rides (unlike the rest of the week/term time when the free ones are rammed).
Where in Oxford are you going? Some of the services do have more convenient drop/off and pick/up points than others depending on where exactly you are going.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -
I'd go for Water Eaton, much nicer car park but a little way from the A34, Pear Tree is immediately off the A34 but not free. Pear Tree is more frequent but it's also busier. All routes into Oxford have partial bus lanes but will still be busy.0
