Insect inside monitor

Every summer for a couple of weeks I get a large number (sometimes very large number) of very very small 'flies'. Among other things they get inside picture and photo frames where they die and so I have to dismantle, clean out the little bodies and reassemble.
I've now got one of these moving up the inside of my computer monitor an Asus PA248Q. I've turned off the monitor in the hope that without the monitor light, the insect will find its way out into the room. However I think there is a reasonable chance it will die in there. Is there any chance that I will be able to dismantle the screen, clean out the body and reassemble without damaging the monitor? If so where am I likely to find step by step instructions? Does anyone have experience of something similar? Advice very welcome.

I've had a very small bug in mine before.
Just carry on as normal and hope it doesn't die some where on the screen.

Only thing i can suggest is :

Invest in fly killer and insect repellent and keep it by the screen ^_~ lol
