Excellent ordering service and customer service in the last week.
1. Ordered a phone on a new contract - well informed helpful staff, prompt ordering and contract setup process, quick delivery and my number ported exactly when they said it would.
2. They gave me two vouchers with my phone for £10 off orders over £20, so placed a second order. Unfortunately if you pay by Paypal it seems to skip the place for entering your voucher code so rang up next day to see if they could take off the £10. The order had already shipped despite one item saying 5 days delivery (bearing in mind I ordered at 9:30pm then rang at 9:30am the following morning!) but once I'd explained it was their error, I got my £10 refunded within 24 hours.
Have been a happy customer of theirs for years but glad to find out they are as capable of handling more complicated orders and things that go wrong as well as the simple cases.

Is this a joke or a marketing ploy!
I would give them minus 5 star service and that being generous!
I find it hard to places the words 'customer service' and Expansys in the same sentence!
Shocking service on last two occasions, not even willing to compensate for their mistakes. Not even waiver the delivery charge....just a case of no no and no...or send it back and will refund you....but you pay the postage!

So take it to the Vent board! They've given me excellent service as I've described. Doesn't make them perfect because of my one good experience, doesn't make them rubbish because of your one bad experience.0
