scenario - a 16 year old child is pregnant, she is in her rights to cliam child benefit, but can the mother also still claim child benefit if her 16 year old child does aswell?

I'm not sure that you can.

she was going to college, but wether or not she attends is debatable, she never went to school
so what is the issue if she is

well if she isnt in full time education, her mother cant claim child benefit for her anyway0
