Palma Nova/Majorca ideas with the family (4 adults (2 - 69 yrs), 2 kids age 6 and 4)
There are two waterparks, which is the best one?
Thinking of a trip to Soller/Palma.
Is the Pirate Show worth a visit?
Any other ideas?
Any decent restaurants in Palma Nova? (Any cuisine)
Thanks

Too many questions, how much research have you done yourself?
Have a look on Trip Advisor.0 -
Not much in terms of decent restaurants in Palma Nova or Magaluf but there is a good choice if you head into Palma itself.0

There are plenty of good restaurants in Palma Nova, but they are all at the opposite end from Magaluf. Some of them are not in obvious tourist areas, so go into bars at that end of Palma Nova and ask.0 -
One of the water parks has shut down, but the other one is good. There is also the pirate show as someone else mentioned.
There is the glass bottom boat cruise (you can't see much through the glass bottom, but it's a nice cruise).
Palma is worth a visit, especially the cathederal, but allow a whole day for the trip.
There is the Marine Land over towards Portals Nous. And a walk around the harbour at Portals Nous is worth doing while you are there.
Also if you are going to Soller, then also visit Port de sa Calobra. Just make sure you walk through the tunnel and you will go back in time to a valley that looks like it comes from prehistoric times.0 -

Been a few times, just looking for inspiration from other people on this board. Is that okay?0 -
Highly recommend the train from Palma to Soller- we did it in 2011 & 2012 and it was excellent- get the train at 10.50 in the morning as that has a picture stop.
Palma aquarium is expensive but good0 -

Thanks, me and the wife have been to Soller before. But now have two children and mum and dad with us. I reckon they would love the trip to Soller.0 -
I almost forgot the Fantasia Mini Golf in Palma Nova.0
