Credit search help?

Hi

I have just checked my credit file and have noticed the following two searches on my credit file

identity check for money laundering regulations this is entered 6 times on 2 out of 3 addresses on my credit file

and

Additional Address is entered 9 times on 3 out of 3 addresses

both type of search were from Barclays bank plc LexisNexis res and on the same day.

Does anyone know what these are for?

We did move into a new house in may but not applied for anything but we do bank with Barclays.

I have called Barclays as the searches were from them but they told me I would need to the data exceptions team.

Also what is the data exceptions team Thanks in advance.

Lexisnexis appeared on mine after using go compare for car insurance quotes.

Thanks I have not done any thing like that at all. It is puzzling all I can think of it is delayed showing on my file or something from moving but not really sure, and don't really know what the data exceptions team are or what they can tell me?

Raise a query with the CRA on which it appears?

If you change your address over the phone and don't have a telephone banking passcode then the adviser does a soft search of your credit file and asks you personalised questions to verify your identity. You are advised of this before the search is done.
