We're "baby boomers" (50s) in the enviable position of having paid off the mortgage on our house which is currently valued at around £900k. Pensions provide a reasonable standard of living, topped up by a spot of part-time work. We'd appreciate advice on ways to get the capital in the house to work for us, but we don't want to move. Thanks.
