T I am selling my property ,and will be without a permanent address as I work awwy ok.I am looking at getting my mail redirected to my neice's house,she receives a few benefits as she is a working mum.the question is will my mail effect her benefits

I wouldn't have thought it would make any difference at all if you are not actually living there but may be worth telling everyone it is a care of (C/O) address and that you have no fixed abode at the present time0
