    Three weeks ago, they told me that they aren't issued on any Halifax Credit Cards and they had no date of when this would start.

    Some have been issued for several months. I think you've been lied to, although I have a feeling the Clarity is actually issued by Lloyds even though its called the Halifax clarity, so that could be the reason.

    Hmm, strange. I've enquired a few times with no success.

    Do you live within the M25? I heard they may have trialled some cards there.
