An hour in and I've earned £4.40. Not too bad seeing as it was dead until about 30 minutes ago. Picking up now, so will report back at 9pm.

Sorry I didn't post again last night. I suddenly came over really tired, so thought I'd better get some sleep. I feel much better today.

Anyway, slight change of plan on the earnings. I'm going to do 100 questions a day, which will still get me £1,200 a month. The rest of the time, I'm going to enter competitions. I received another email this morning saying I've won an annual pass to Adventure Wonderland in Bournemouth. I'm going to give it to my sister so the kids can benefit (I might go with them one day though).

I think it's a sign that I've won 2 competitions, after just a couple of days entering them again, that I should carry on.

So, I've got my questions up to 100 today and will now start doing some comps.

OH is back from Amsterdam (well, back in the country anyway) and he has 80 Euros left over, so I've told him to convert it back ASAP as we have no money!!

You need some big pine cones ... Apperntly spiders don't like them. I moved into a flat years ago that had been empty for a couple of months and kept finding spiders, they stopped after a few weeks (I'd also hoovered the little !!!!!!s !!)

Thanks, I'll try that if I keep getting them.

Fingers crossed, I didn't find any spiders all day yesterday and none yet today. I'm hoping it was just that the guys who lived in the flat before weren't bothered about spiders and happily lived amongst them. I think the word may have gotten around the spider community - they come in my flat, they die!!

I think the weather has contributed to the spiders.
Never seen so many in my house.

Thanks Lou, that makes me feel better. I think I haven't seen any over today and yesterday because it's cooled down a lot.

  • Conkers in corners worked well for me and I hoover them up or my mum does!

Also, for bugs in general the flea spray stuff (Acclaim) very scary, those flying spider things they land on the carpet and just die there and then!

A 100 questions a day sounds like a lot but you do have the experience and skills to do that :)

Thanks Buffy :) - I'm really hoping it was just the weather.

100 a day isn't too bad, especially if I can get a few that are quick to answer.
