We're away with the family next week in the Barmouth area, we like to travel a bit so would love ideas of where to go and what to do for good value days out with boys aged 12 & 3...

National slate museum is free, Harlech Castle, Fairbourne steam railway after catching the ferry from Barmouth, Snowdon, Electric Mountain. If the weather is good Nant col waterfalls for a play in the river.0
