PPI claims companys

I had used a claims company back in early 2012 to pursue my claim against Barclaycard, Barclaycard refused my claim because some document from my original application had my signature alleging I wanted PPI . A few months later I though sod this and pursued my claim my self and the through Ombusdman, this month I finally got my money, now this claims company wants its 25% !! Anyone got any advise if they are due there money or not ?

The claims company is entitled to it as the complaint to the FOS is continuous from their original complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
