Can anyone help?
I have used this service and I am now having problems with items I have been sold which are not fit for purpose. The Edinburgh branch cannot sort them out and Head Office say that the porblem belongs with the branch. Surely there is someone somewhere who is in charge? Does anyone know who?

Have you spoken to the Design Centre Manager?
If so was there an outcome and did you tell Head Office how it was handled? JL Customer service is generally spot on as long as they have all the facts0 -
Could you tell what the problems are and why you think there not for for purpose, might help get replies.0
