Butlins Power Charge - what is it?

Just had my invoice from butlins for my sun holiday with a £37.50 power charge- what is it? X

I expect it's like the service charge for your caravan/apartment, they charge for cleaning it for you and for gas and electric you'll use.
This is why we only went once, we thought £9.50 per night was it, we were happy to pay for 4 people even though there weren't 4 of us going because it was still cheap, but then they added in a linen charge and a service charge and passes to go do anything while we were there and suddenly it was over £100 - we found we could go to butlins by booking it ourselves for 4 nights for around £120/150 and have everything included, even the food :-("There is no substitute for time."
