PPI Offer letter

Hi

I have just received a letter from HSBC that states it is offering me £3074.83 refund for PPI miss-sold.

Is this just an offer or can I say no and ask for more ??

The redress method is calculated using a defined method. Do you have any reason for thinking the calculation is wrong?

No I just wondered if it was an "Offer" rather than the full amount owed to me. As I was originally offered £10 and then now I have been offered £3074.83.

If it's goodwill, they can offer what they like. If it's upheld, there's a defined method of redress as dunston says.
