cashback on prepaid visa - how to get cash?

Silly question, and maybe the answer is "unlucky", but I have a prepaid visa with £75 on it that ideally I'd like to 'transfer' to somewhere I can use (e.g. the bank)

I could probably just use it to make an extra payment to my gas/electricity supplier or something, but that'll take a while to actually make any difference. Or, does anyone know if they class as visa debit (i.e. could i use to pay £75 off a real CC?)

Any ideas gratefully received, otherwise I might just throw it at the power co...

(ps sorry, appreciate this isn't "credit card" as such...)

Have you contacted the issuer? They'll probably refund to a current account (subject to a handling charge of course)

I had a £75 Visa gift card from a Siemens home appliance promotion a while ago and managed to use it to pay off part of my Barclaycard bill.

Withnell - no, cash return/ATM/etc all 'barred' according to the letter that came with it. (this was Citi bank, from the recent Samsung promotion)
