DONT expect a quick refund from victoria plumb!!

:mad::mad: Totally disgusted with the customer service (or lack of) from Victoria Plumb! I cancelled an order before it was dispatched and was told I had to wait 28 days for a "manual" refund? Despite several phone calls and an email I still have not receivedtt my £130 some 8 WEEKS later!!! Their excuse, they don't have enough staff and are behind on refunds! Am at my wits end :mad::mad:

How did you pay? If by credit card then give them a call.

If by Visa debit card, contact Victoria Plumb in writing giving them say 7 days to action a refund otherwise you'll have no option but to do a charge back via your bank, then contact your bank & report an item paid for but not received.

I had to do a Visa card charge back earlier this year when goods I paid for from a different company were never supplied & no refund forthcoming.

To bump up an old thread...I've just figured out that Victoria Plumb and MFI are the same. They stock the same product that I am buying: 'Matrix Square Twin Valve with Diverter' and this is not available anywhere else online. I know Victoria Plumb have their own line of products exclusive to them so for MFI to have them is odd, plus their delivery charges are exactly the same so I highly suspect that they are one and the same.

There is another company called Victoria Plumbing (I imagine they have similar names to try and poach customers from each other) and that company has had some bad reviews but also some good ones. I took a chance and ordered a toilet and I had 0 issues. They are also reasonably cheap too.

To sum up, I would say anything related to Victoria Plumb is also related to MFI.

MFI's owners used to own VP, but I believe they recently sold it off.

They more likely both wanted the Victoria Plumb name as a pun on Victoria Plum.
