    Round here anything 3 bed starts top side of £200k so if the price for another £100k in the bank is some dodgy cladding next door that you only look at when you come home at night, its not such a bad deal!

    To be fair hadn't spotted the cladding but then not a massive fan of pebbledash render either. Point being in terms of a cheap practical house, the older one is cheaper whilst neither is anyones idea of a dream house worth paying more for!
