Best sites for cheap UK breaks

We cannot afford much of a holiday, but would love to have a few nights away in the UK. We don't mind if it is a caravan, chalet, B & B or whatever. What are the best websites to look at to find a cheap break last minute perhaps?

Thanks for any suggestions.

National Holidays do some 5 day holidays for £99 for travel, half board and excusions, really great value for money.
If they don't pick up in your area you can meet at the hotel and take advantage that way, just say you want to drive your self.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Ideally, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, South Wales, Sussex, or generally South West England. We have a car and are happy to drive anywhere within about three hours of Wiltshire.

    Thanks for your help.

Why not look at camping? That can work out cheaply if you can borrow a tent. We took all the stuff from the house (duvets etc) when we went the first time so didn't buy anything. Have a look on https://www.ukcampsites.co.uk lots of ideas and tips on there

Camping is usually £20 a night.. sometimes up to £40 depending on where you're staying and how many there are of you. Because it's got more popular it's also seems to have got more expensive.

I'd spend a bit more on accommodation and a bit less on petrol and go closer to home rather than drive 3 hours to go somewhere that's not so nice.

Booking.com is good for finding cheap B&Bs alongside hotels, also check out Innkeeper's lodges, they've been taken over but still come up with some really good deals sometimes.
