I am looking for a free proof of age card as i am sick and tired of taking my passport out to the pub with me

i am coming up to 25 soon and i am going to barcelona in october so i don't want someone stealing my passport in the pub cause i needed id

any help would be gratefully received yes i know about the citixan and pass card but they cost money and i am a little tight after paying £800 for 2 people to go to barcelona

Hi if you live near a TOTAL Service Station im sure they have some in which are FREE, dont hold me to it but its always worth a try and if you do have to pay im sure it isnt alot. It would be cheaper than paying for a new Passport. LOL

also , anyone with children under 17 can get the citizencard FREE . Just click "myturf" on the bottom right of that screen .

Around me, loads of citzen cards, proof of age cards etc they just dont accept.
my sister has given up getting all of them, and like you doesnt like carrying around her passport to prove she is 27!
She has now applied for a provisional drivers licence for £17 (i think) even though has no intention of driving.

a provisional driving licence is £45! :eek:

Be warned that a lot of pubs will only accept driving lisences and passports.

There is some controversy over the prove-it cards as unofficial ones are available to buy on the net anyway so lots of places don't accept them due to that. Every time I handed mine over I was asked for an alternative so it was a waste of time. Get yourself a driving licence it is government issued ID and everywhere accepts it even in other countries.

Anything else would be pointless, you may as well just make your own. Infarct I know people that had more success with the fake collage ID's I made than prove it cards.
