Upon turning the Desktop on .... HELP!!!

Hi,
I need help here guys please!
When I power up each day i get the following message:
NO BOOT DEVICE DETECTED
INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS F1 TO CONTINUE or PRESS F2 TO SETUP MENU
The problem is I don't have a system disk???
