I believe amazon offer a discount but that doesn't necessarily make them any cheaper.
I never bothered getting the new NUS card (the one they charge you for).

Your best bet might be to buy from GAME - you can get 9% cashback through Quidco and there's various £5 codes floating about the internet.

Not exactly what you wanted, but both Gamestation and Virgin Megastore will give you 10% off instore...

HMV, I believe give you student discount online, if you have one of their students cards which are free to get just pop into any HMV and show them your student card, or have a go at just entering your NUS card number online, that may work too!

I don't think HMV have their own student cards... are you thinking of Virgin Megastores?

HMV does give an instant 10% discount online if you have a valid NUS card number. Don't forget to use Quidco to for an extra 5% off games!
