travel insurance tends to be based on the duration of the trip outside of the UK, many of them 30 days max. How long is your holiday for and what are you looking to be covered for?0

STA used to do more specialist insurance such as round the world insurance, so they might be worth asking, they've got a 2 year trip policy for one:

Post Office, Single Trip insurance.
Read the 'One-Way Cover' section in the policy document and see if its suitable for you.0
