Samsung s3, camera problem

Options
Hi
I bought a Samsung s3 phone 8 weeks ago, and so far I've been really happy with it.

But over the past 2 weeks when I've got the camera on taking pictures there is a smallish blue line, near the top right hand of the corner.

I 1st noticed this 2 weeks ago, as the line was on some photos I had taken, this then went away and about 5 days ago it appeared again, and last night when taking birthday pictures the line is there again on all of them.

This line does not come on when I've got the camera in video mode, or when i'm on the phone doing anything else.

Any ideas anyone?

thank you

    Hi
thanks for that reply, I went in developer otions, and nothing is ticked, infact when I switched it on, it told me it was only for development, and It could cause damage to my phone, so I switched it off again.

    It's still there this morning.

    thanks

Suggest you backup data and factory reset to the out of the box state .

    Hi
took the phone to two repair shops to ask what the problem is , both said that there is a fault with the camera, and that I should take the phone back for a refund it's just 7 weeks old.

Rang asda direct told them the above, and they gave me a refund number, so I've just got to take off my photos and take the phone into asda for a re-fund.

So I've just ordered another one from asda to be delivered tomorrow, and when I collect this new one, I will get a refund on this old one.

    thank you for your replies.
