Ebay/ Paypal Issues- Any help?

This is the situation:
Listed an item on Ebay, and stupidly didn't check the PayPal email; I've listed plenty in the past and never had problems with payment, so I've no idea why it changed now...
Basically, now the auction has ended, I've discovered that the PayPal email address attached to the auction appears to be that for the ebay account ( ebay @ mydomain.com ), not the PayPal account ( me @ gmail.com )
To rectify this issue, I attempted to add the offending email to my PayPal account- It's my personal domain, so I can do what I like, and I should see all mails coming to this address.
At the moment, I appear to be recieving *no* mails from PayPal to this address- I believe I should have seen a please signup mail when the auction ended and the buyer paid, as well as the 10-odd attempts I've made to add/ confirm this address.
I can't see anything in my PayPal unconfirmed email payments (?? I'm sure I ought to be able to see the missing payment pending confirmation of the email here ??), and Ebay has an hourglass and complains that it's an invalid transaction if I try to do anything.
Anyone have advice please???

I think you should of as well.

Only thing I can think of, is that the address in your listing (although close) is still not your ebay address (has a typo in). .co.uk not .com etc. If not, sorry don't know.0 -
Nope, triple-checked that

I've also just noticed that I don't seem to be seeing any ebay emails at all for the past week or so; I should have had an auction end mail and a couple of others at least :S
Spam filtering is off, so I'm perplexed.0 -
So, somewhere between Ebay/ PayPal and my mailserver something's eating all their emails
PayPal confirmed the email address over the phone, and the payment is now showing, but I'm peeved it ever got to this in the first place!0
