  • I know this area. Tynemouth properties always go for higher than neighbouring towns (Whitley Bay etc). You could literally walk 10 minutes up the road and pay tens of thousands more/less for a similar property.

    What a beautiful house internally, shame about the kerb appeal. At 300k + I would like a more attractive house, but I know nothing about the area or house prices.

    I agree; the pebble dash rendering would put me off, however, knowing the area this isn't untypical as it's a coastal town so many houses are rendered like this.

    i often wonder whether a massive increase in hits linked from this forum could tip off EAs/LL/vendors , especially where posters are very identifiable from the detailed descriptions in their posts :hello:
