Oh Izzy, yesterday was THAT day! Did you hear it all?
I hope you had good weather. Unfortunately no way of going anywhere this year, what with my Mum still having a long way to go to recover and my car still on the poorly side. I'm even worried about taking it from where I am to the coast. So no holiday at all for me and my DS.
Even our local airshow that we have gone to every year since time began was cancelled due to lack of funds. And another local carnival that the Red Arrows usually attend, well they are not there either. We are defo having a 'do very little summer', which is a shame, as this year was his last at school and he starts college in Sept so he probably won;t want to do much with 'Mum' after this!
Anyway, best birthday wishes too for your DD, I'm sure you'll make it a very special day for her. :beer:
