    Gist is to just be yourself, you've obviously got through life perfectly well, so you can't be doing much wrong. I got through perfectly well without knowing, and I'm doing very well now, thank you very much, and... anyway, why is the third attempt never as good as the previous two? Just keep continuing as you are. I'll try and reply more properly later (no time now to try to remember and post all of what I was going to post).

    no one is allowed to feel :( you must feel not:) but completely like this:D as, 5;2 is a way of life and WILL work!! remember that! who cares if a week or 2 you don't lose weight...stick to 2 days of fasting (600cals) per week, without fail for 2 days per week and even if you go a tad over 600 cals and guaranteed in a fortnight you will always, always lose weight.

    Don't lose faith, me iz here to help ya lovelies:D

    Right pep talk over, will post some (promise I will get round to it) 5;2 related recipes and will help anyone, of course:) If you have q's, please post them, I shall try to pop back here, every day or so to answer them:)

    After all, I gots to pop back, otherwise I miss you all too much, hugs to all xx and a big smacker for me angel :Alogie hope things are very well with you. Remeber to give us an update, we all like to know how our logie is doing:)
