YQ, do you have an emergency out of hours dental service in your area? We have one here (NHS) and ive had to use it at a weekend in the past. I did have to ring for an appointment but I was seen very quickly and they didnt rob me either !! It was a couple of years back but I paid something basic like £27 to have a tooth removed. It might be worth a look to see if there's something similar near you? You have been in pain all week

I think you should call the dentist on Monday and get some advice. You can't go on like this 'til Thursday.

We have an emergency Nhs dentist that I went to on a Saturday a few months back. If you're on any kind of benefits or support it will be even cheaper for you. I agree with fairclaire- get it seen to.
