I don't think this did continue to compare vs M. I think that was a misdirecting post (unintentionally), that then caused me to keep it on my list when in fact it had expired and was on the forum downtime weekend.

For what it's worth, Kipling Viennese Whirls did continue to compare at 65p even when M had increased back to £1.30 some months ago.

    Unintentionally guilty, sorry :o:o

I saw Special K at £2 a box in A so could be a good shop T or S vA

These do go down to £2 in M (and elsewhere I'm sure) and keep not appearing on my list unfortunately as they are tiny. Well, not tiny, but certainly not worth £2 (or 10% off it) in my view. I know it's Special K but.. leave me to find it at a far cheaper price:D.

Diabetic Ice-Cream I love my ice-cream, I used to buy 2 litres for 89p in Morrisons which was very nice. I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes so I bought Diabetic Ice-Cream from Tesco 1 litre £2.20 which although very nice is quite expensive! Does anyone know somewhere cheaper ? or maybe a recipe to make my own. Thanks

I did think about you a few weeks ago when I was in M. I did take down some Diabetic Ice Cream price and thought hard about including it on my list or not. I had some Diabetic Marmalade on there as well when M were on price cut on that several weeks (months?) before.

M might well have been £2.00 on their Diabetic Ice Cream when I checked. I'll look out for it on Wednes. (unless aau1 can bring us all of M's prices in an immediate flash:D:rotfl:).

Has anyone else noticed a price hike on Tuna?

I've checked supermarket 'cheapy' tuna chunks tins, and M was 59p now 84p
    T & A are now 90p  I know A was 64p

Back in my very mis-spent youth (Mid 1960's) a group of us girls rented a villa in the Algarve near Albufeira (when it was still a little fishing village and not the yuppy pit that is has become). We did it 2 years running late Sept/early October and had a whale of a time (I won't bore you with details of our arrest on the beach by Portugese police sent down from Lisbon!). As I remember the weather was hot, a little cloudy sometimes but generally OK even in the evenings. My memories MAY be coloured by the Army Captain , Medical student and one or two other guys that I have fond memories of:D:D:D.

I doubt the wether patterns have chaged much but it will depend on where you were planning to go - the south would be armer than up the west coast,

Thanks, tbw. Sounds like you had fun ;). Also sounds like you like chaps in uniform who take charge.

I thought tesco extended it til this weekend sometime?

Eta. I just saw you posted half price mullers in M :D.

So mullers and j2os against M then? (but not for a couple of days until apg recognises new prices ;))

....Until apg and savvy recognise new prices:rotfl::rotfl:.

    ...
Actually I did wonder whether the PG Tips, for example, would still be comparing vs M's old price today even though M's offer has (I assume) expired. I had got the expiry date last Wednesday as being 4/8 (and that's on my list:D). My doubt is whether an offer (picked up by the price collectors on Wednesday and which says it is expiring 4/8) will continue to be compared to that price on 5/8 when it was clear on the Wednes. it would (very very likely) not be on, yet the APG hasn't, on 5/8, been updated with new prices from 5/8 (today's) collection (again I'm assuming it wasn't updated - at least when this was perhaps more relevant in the daytime earlier today, as opposed to it now being Monday night, nearly into 6/8, and thus perhaps some of the APG vs Morries has started to be updated).

Although T&Cs/faqs now say updated on Wednesday (presumably the Monday collection data) and Friday (from the Wednesday collection). T appears to be able to update M prices during the day on the Monday (according to Dr Oetker's recently comparing on T PP when M's offer on those first started - again, I assume Dr Oetker pizzas now back up in price in M, and probably on T PP but possibly not back up for M on the APG just yet? (this last part is all speculation however)).
