It's awful TM. I haven't experienced it myself, but I know someone who has and it can be an absolute nightmare to find out the extent of it and then sort it out. Very stressful Have you managed to find out yet how it happened?

It's weird as guys like him usually irritate the carp out of me. Maybe its because he is very clever and can laugh at himself and his image?
