    About the same time, I remember my Dad bringing some huge cardboard tubes with plastic lids, home - they were tall (5' ish) & wide enough to climb into from a chair.
    The problem was getting out of them :rotfl: So we had to throw ourselves towards the sofa & hope it would catch your fall.

    My Dad being an Low Tech guy made useful stools in various sizes from them.
    In fact he still has them scattered about :o
