vanquis credit card- any alternate to their 0871 number?

    0161- taking new acct queries only..? could not / would not transfer to cust services..

    The member of staff i spoke to advised only have 0871 number... hmm.
    AND they did not even know their own firm's email address?!

    guy on 0208 seemed much more switched on..

    I tried the first two 0800 numbers, one didn't work, but one did no problems, I can't remember which though!

    Is there not an abroad number on the back of the card? That should work from a UK mobile.

    They are a complete and utter shambles. Half the time I'd ring them and they didn't even know what department they were in, because I'd ring again the same number and the person would say they were in a different department. Some will also transfer you, some won't, so I just kept trying until I got to where I wanted to be without phoning a premium number.
