Credit Report

Hi, I'm new to here and sorry if i haven't looked about an found the correct sections but I have been using the experian website abit after paying £2 for my credit report.
To be honest I was expecting to get a credit history along with a "score" of some sort but looking through it I see my bank details and searches against etc.
Sorry if this is stupid as I ordered it as i wished to see my true credit score and not the experian one i got as it was ridiculously high for my thinking.
Can someone tell me if there is a number/rating that is on the report. Or link me with a full explanation of the report and how to gauge my rating.
Thanks in advance.

Who did you apply to for credit. You'd have to ask them for a "True Credit Score" Doubt they'd tell you though, they guard that kind of information as though their business depended on it. Which in a way it does as telling the likes of you and me how they score a application leaves them open to fraud and abuse.0
