Hello all,
We are buying a house in the Kent area and had the first of two quotes in at £1500 from Manor Hall. We are cash buyers so we are not sure if that is unreasonable.
They handled the sale of our house in Reading really well but feel that is expensive. We are awaiting a quote from a firm called Foster Law but do not know what this new company is like.
Is there a better competitor someone could recommend, or perhaps comment on the former two mentioned?
