Google chrome problem

OH cannot get google chrome to open so he cannot access his e-mail account or use the google search engine.
Any thoughts?

    Hi Rikki, what message does he get?

    If clicking on the icon doesn't do anything use another browser and download Chrome again.

    Nothing at all. is it okay to downlaod again?

    He has been using IE for what he's needed to do today, but obviously he needs access to his e-mails.

    Yes it might be that the installation got corrupted, if you download it again it should overwrite the current installation and hopefully fix the problem.

    Google Chrome is only a web browser, just like IE (and others). As such, he'll be able to access his email with most browsers. He will of course need his login details, which may be remembered in Chrome, so IE perhaps hasn't. If you re-install Chrome you may lose those remembered details anyway.
