Telegraph Fantasy Football is all about picking the best team of footballers from the Premier League. You start with a £50m budget with which to buy eleven players in one of six formations.
Your selected players score points based on their actual performances in Premier League and FA Cup matches throughout the 2013/14 season – and the aim of the game is to finish as high up the league table as possible by scoring as many points as you can.
Your selected players earn points for appearances, scoring goals, creating goals and keeping clean sheets. Your players can also lose points – for yellow and red cards and for conceding goals (see ‘Scoring points’ for full details). And you can follow your team scores during matches in real-time with TFF’s Live Match Centre.
Select a Team
Select your team of 11 players by clicking on their names in the player list. Each player has been valued by the TFF judges and the total value of your players must be £50million or less.
There is no limit to the number of players you can choose from any one club and you can from six formations:
Scoring Points
The aim of the game is to score as many points as possible during the season. Your selected players will score points as follows:
Making Transfers
You can change your eleven players as much as you like up until the first Premier League kick off on Saturday, August 17. After that you’ll have 30 transfers to use during the season so you can replace injured, suspended and under-performing players with fresh faces to keep your points tally ticking over.
Note: you can only use a maximum of five transfers in any one scoring week.
A league of your own
The best way enjoy fantasy football is within your own private league with friends. There’s nothing better than getting one over on your mates and, with live league tables during matches, your own private message boards and free winners’ medals for eligible leagues, Telegraph Fantasy Football is the best place to make the most of your season.
NEW: PAID LEAGUES
Set up your own private league prize pot: set your own entry stakes for your members to pay in and decide how you want the prizes to be awarded throughout the season. This is a completely free service, 100% of the money will be paid out to winning members in your league.
Live Scoring
To make Fantasy Football more fun, you can follow your team’s points and Private League position during each match.
Live score updates are purely to enhance your enjoyment of the game and points should be regarded as indicative only. All in-play points are subject to overnight verification once the TFF judges have had a chance to review footage from each match.
In particular, extra Key Contributions might be added overnight because up to two players can earn KC points in Telegraph Fantasy Football – but, because it is based on a data feed, the live match centre will only ever award up to one ‘assist’ per goal.
In other words, the points you see in the TFF Live Match Centre will be very close to the final, classified scores you’ll see the following morning throughout the rest of the game website – and they’ll certainly give you a good idea of how you’re getting on.
Registration
Once you've chosen a team, if you already have a Telegraph Fantasy Games login, enter your usual email address and password in the boxes provided.
If you are a new player, tell us your email address, choose a password and fill out your personal details to register your team.
Managers are entitled to a single, free entry into the competition. Free entry will be strictly limited to one per manager and any manager found to be controlling more than one free team in the competition may have all of the teams under their control removed from the game and may not be eligible to win any prizes.
One free team will be permitted per valid email address. Free entries made from an invalid email address will be removed from the competition. Individual managers may not submit more than one free entry to the game using alternative, valid email addresses and any manager found to be controlling more than one free team albeit from alternative, valid email addresses, will have all free teams removed from the competition.
A maximum of two free teams will be permitted from a single household and each of these must be under the control of different managers and from different, valid email addresses.UEFA: Corrupting Football Since 1954 #CTID0 -

Just a thought - Should Fantasy League closing dates be listed from when the tournament in question STARTS, rather than when it finishes?
After all, there's no point in entering halfway through May is there?I... left... my.... heart

Seeing as nobody's created one I thought I'd start a mini league. The details are as follows:
