    Competition Terms


    1. Rules of Entry

    1.1. You may enter this competition provided that you are a resident of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and aged 18 or over.
    1.2. You are not permitted to enter this competition if you are an employee (or any person connected with an employee) of the Promoter or any of the Promoter’s associated agencies connected with this competition.
    1.3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
    1.4. The closing date for entry into this competition is strictly 11.59pm (GMT) on 25 Agust 2013. After this date, the game may remain open but no further entries to this competition will be permitted.
    1.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are not received by it for whatever reason or for the accuracy of information provided by entrants.
    1.6. Route to entry for this competition and details of how to enter are via www.150brands.co.uk.
    2. Winners

    2.1. There will be one winner from each of the three categories of entry:
    (a) Entrants who submit 50 correct answers;
    (b) Entrants who submit 100 correct answers; and
    (c) Entrants who submitted all 150 correct answers.
    2.2. An independent person will select at random one winner from each of the above categories from all the correct entries received into that category in accordance with these Competition Terms and those persons will be contacted in accordance with clause 2.3, below.
    2.3. The Promoter will contact the selected entrants using the email address provided by the entrant at the time of submission of the entry, and the entrant will be asked to provide to the Promoter by return of email their full name and a valid dispatch address in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If the Promoter does not receive a response containing a valid name and dispatch address within 28 days, the Promoter shall be under no obligation to dispatch a prize to that winner and may, at its discretion, pick a replacement winner in accordance with clause 2.2.
    2.4. The prize-winners’ names will be available on request for a three week period beginning 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped-addressed envelope to the to the Promoter’s registered office.
    3. Prizes

    3.1. Subject to clause 3.4, each prize-winner will be sent the prize corresponding to its category of entry. The prizes are as follows:
    (a) 50 correct answers: a cheque for £312.50
    (b) 100 correct answers: a cheque for £625.00
    (c) 150 correct answers: a cheque for £1,250.
    3.2. The Promoter has based the monetary values on the average cost of free travel for one person in the UK for one, six and twelve months, respectively.
    3.3. All prizes will be dispatched within 21 days of the Promoter’s receipt of a dispatch address in accordance with clause 2.3. No prizes will be dispatched to an address which is not in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
    3.4. All prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    3.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    4. General Terms

    4.1. The Promoter is CBS Outdoor Limited (company no. 2866133) whose registered office is at Camden Wharf, 28, Jamestown Road, London, NW1 7BY (the “Promoter”).
    4.2. By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions and any other rules of entry published by or on behalf of the Promoter.
    4.3. English law applies to these terms and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail in the event of any dispute.
    4.4. Any data provided by the Promoter will be treated in accordance with these Competition Terms and the terms of the company’s Privacy Policy, which may be located at http://www.cbsoutdoor.co.uk/Site-Tools/Legal/Privacy-Policy/.
    4.5. Should events occur which are beyond the control of the Promoter which frustrate either this competition itself, the judging of the entries or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary this competition or amend any terms pertaining to it without liability to any entrant as a result thereof.
    4.6. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
