Help with Parking Eye Appeal please

I have appealed to Parking Eye, but after reading other posts on here, some people have got Aldi to cancel the charges by emailing and phoning them.
I have found the following email addresses on some other forums:
Jessica.shepherd@webershandwick.com
Lauren.Pritchard@webershandwick.com
ORandev@webershandwick.com
aldistores@webershandwick.com
gmdsec@aldi.co.uk (CEO)0 -
Have you noticed that most of those emails belong not to Aldi but to their so-called public relations company Weber Shandwick? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Yes, the only Aldi email I could find was the CEO one.0

I urge anyone who has a complaint regarding Aldi and Parking Eye to contact Watchdog as I have just done.

I requested that the Aldi parking department email me but I was told this couldn't be done and they were not contactable by email. Highly unlikely in this day and age. However they did write to me on Monday and have received the letter today agreeing to cancel the parking charge if I provide a copy of my bank statement. I am going to email that to the customer-services@aldi.co.uk and also the ORandev@webershandwick.com address as those are the only 2 addresses I have managed to get a reply from. Does anyone know if it is possible to blank out all the other information on my online bank statement and just show the Aldi transaction?0

Have replied on how to redact the bank statement on the other thread (Aldi FB Page Kicking Off).
It's really best if you didn't double post as it can lead to some confusion (especially for me, as having read the request on this thread started me thinking that my reply hadn't gone through!).
Glad you're getting it sorted. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
