Norfolk: Dereham vs North Walsham

Hoping people can offer advise (more so on North Walsham) and identify the + and - of both towns.

My partner and I have (finally) accepted an offer on our property, I know this in reallity means nothing until we get to an exchange, however, we know Dereham and everything it offers but we are keen to know more about what North Walsham has to offer?
