Help! Australian speeding fine!

Just received a traffic infringement notice from Western Australia! The offence was in December 2006 and apparently for doing 99kmh in a 90kmh zone in the outback! (thats 61 mph in a 56mph zone on a road with virtually no cars and the size of a dual carriageway!) Am I the first forum member to get one of these?? Its a…

thanks optimist but that one isn't for speeding offences until its referred to court... It seems the WA police are behind the rest of oz with online payments...
